RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., April 05, 2017 -- JAGGAER, producers of the world's most comprehensive Source to Pay (S2P) solutions suite, today announces Gazelle (Release 17.1), reflecting upgrades to its entire product line. This update delivers increased business intelligence and unparalleled reporting, at 10x faster processing speeds than other standard spend analytics solutions. Gazelle encompasses the latest trends in the procurement industry, incorporates the voice of customers and suppliers and reflects insights gleaned from advisory board forums and industry analysts.
“JAGGAER’s innovative, holistic approach focuses on data transparency, accuracy, and interoperability across the entire spend management platform, empowering customers to deliver strong results against KPIs. Gazelle will set the tone for the year: strong advances against an aggressive timetable to deliver what current customers demand and future customers desire,” says Zia Zahiri, CTO of JAGGAER.
Gazelle’s upgrades include spend analytics, strategic procurement, agility, risk management, supplier collaboration, and new cost reduction opportunities across JAGGAER’s S2P integrated platform.
Gazelle (Release 17.1) includes:
Spend Analytics – Gazelle takes Big Data and Analytics procurement to an unprecedented level, combining our market-leading hybrid search engine with Elasticsearch, and advanced data visualization. JAGGAER customers will achieve state-of-the-art performance with virtually unlimited scalability utilizing Spend Radar, which provides accurate analysis on 100% spend across the entire product suite.
Strategic Procurement – Portfolio Savings Manager (PSM) is a market-differentiated solution that provides unique visibility from anywhere in the company, and the ability to forecast, schedule and track key initiatives. The release allows for the creation of master projects with customizable classifications including geographic, regulatory, or commodity-based preferences. Users can track these projects through new search capabilities based on specific criteria, such as sourcing stage or deliverable dates, resulting in actionable recommendations for making specific business improvements.
Agility – JAGGAER’s sourcing solutions adapt to everyday sourcing operations with new user controls. For more advanced sourcing projects, Gazelle accommodates even larger bidding events through increased scalability, reliability and performance of the platform. This release also improves cycle time management for contracts and forms that flow throughout the eProcurement solution by setting specific viewing capabilities, defaults, and commodity code descriptions.
Risk Management – An update to JAGGAER’s contract management solution mitigates risk associated with contracts. The new automated internal contract review management process enables more stringent contract configuration of organizational policy conditions, such as amount or contract length limits. It also displays the workflow of all contract reviewers and their actions in one convenient place.
Supplier Collaboration – JAGGAER furthers collaboration with our 1.65 million suppliers by delivering an unparalleled supplier registration experience: Gazelle’s new DocuSign certification forms streamline the process of collecting supplier registration information. Other enhancements include new support for ePayables and Pay mode payment types, Canadian SIN and transit account fields, language registration custom fields, and added supplier actions to the supplier 360 view.
Cost Reduction – Cost reduction remains the number one priority for CPOs and other procurement professionals. Gazelle platform enhancements allows organizations to negotiate the best possible cost through pre-configured tables that simplify a complex bidding and award process. P2P (Procure to Pay) cost opportunities include: trade-ins or exchange of large capital assets, credit memos direct into invoice for refunds, as well as global regulatory compliance, including cross-border transactions and eInvoicing validation required during international taxation.
“Our mission is to develop the most competitive, efficient and complete spend solutions products available. Gazelle represents our fast start for the year, setting the stage for strong growth in engineering and development that will serve our growing number of customers in the commercial, higher education and life sciences spaces,” says Robert Bonavito, CEO of JAGGAER.
