I have taught law at New York University School of Law, University of Miami School of Law, and the University of North Carolina School of Law. I clerked on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, worked at a large law firm, and graduated from Stanford Law School and Brown University. I have written many articles and given many lectures across the country and about tax law and policy.
