I graduated with a BA(Ed) in 1981 and started teaching math. I then completed a B.Ed Hons part time. I moved to Higher Education in 1984 and subsequently taught math in the technikon sector for almost 30 years. The twenty years between my Hons and M-degree were spent on raising two brilliant boys. I joined UP in 2014 as academic developer in the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences.
