FOSTER CITY, Calif., May 15, 2017 -- Stellar Loyalty, the consumer relationship company with a mobile-best SaaS loyalty solution, has announced an agreement with Cayman Airways to provide the flag carrier airline of the Cayman Islands with rich capabilities to enhance its Sir Turtle Rewards program. Powered by modern technology and an innovative program design, the Sir Turtle Rewards will enhance the traveler experience and differentiate Cayman Airways.

In addition, the Stellar Loyalty solution will enhance the mileage-based loyalty program with engagement features, allowing Cayman Airways to incentivize members’ participation in the program and encourage new membership. The program will provide Sir Turtle Rewards members with a web-based interface as well as a native loyalty and engagement mobile app for Android and iOS smart phones.
Through this partnership, Stellar Loyalty will provide Cayman Airways with a full loyalty and engagement marketing solution including features such as:
- Multi-channel campaigns: email, push notifications, recommended offers, targeted promotions
- Real-time consumer interaction profile, correlating transactional as well as social media data, for a complete, 360-degree view of each customer
- Built-in analytics and dashboards for customer loyalty success metrics, program measurement against key performance indicators, etc.
