MIAMI, April 10, 2017 -- Spark Cooperative, Miami-based innovation consultancy, signed a collaborative deal with Casino @ Dania Beach. The new gaming and entertainment establishment promises to treat guests to an innovative experience brimming with elements of true South Florida style.
With Casino @ Dania Beach focusing on experience driving revenue, they brought in Spark to hatch a fresh plan surrounding entertainment events, reimagining the overall on-property guest experience and highlighting its unique offering coupled with the warm and friendly atmosphere. Spark’s expertise in creating impactful and carefully tailored experiences put them in the perfect position to aid Casino @ Dania Beach to develop and execute an unforgettable vibe for guests.
Spark’s usual hands-on approach includes multiple site visits to become immersed in the surroundings and understand firsthand what it should feel like to have the best guest experience possible regarding entertainment. This inside view equips Spark with knowledge to develop a strategic plan encompassing communications, service, events, activities and ambience. From gaming options, to the Luxe restaurant on property, Spark took every step a guest would take into consideration to conceptualize a plan that would play on all of the strengths and differentiators of Casino @ Dania Beach.
After several in-depth sessions to define the Peak Experience, Spark considered areas such as the overall flow of the guest experience, staffing, and how to make gaming experiential for casual users. As plans were developed, they were strongly aligned with the operationalization of the new experience. Additionally, Spark developed comprehensive training materials to support the new vision and get everyone on the same page to deliver the same consistent experience to guests across the property.
“With our sights set on delivering an innovative and unforgettable experience to our guests, we wanted experts with a strong record of crafting unique and effective design experiences – from top to bottom,” said Scott Savin, CEO, Casino @ Dania Beach. “We chose Spark not only because of their highly honed skill to accomplish this, but also because of the palpable creative energy they bring to the table.”
“We go into every engagement with a fresh set of eyes to ensure each experience feels authentic and is true to the brand we are working with,” said Joshua Belz, Principal, Spark Cooperative. "In order to help elevate Casino @ Dania Beach to a sought after hot spot, we needed to know exactly what guests are going to hear, see, taste, touch and feel. Creating a world-class design experience requires a hands-on approach, which is the exact mindset that drives our experience design strategies. Together with Casino @ Dania Beach, we are building more than simply a casino experience. We are launching a brand – a lifestyle – that will become a living, breathing entertainment destination drawing in customers and winning their loyalty.”
