NASHVILLE, Tenn., Dec. 20, 2017 -- Lincoln Property Company, the second largest multifamily manager in the United States, was named Property Management Company of the year by the Greater Nashville Apartment Association.
Hosted at the Omni Nashville Hotel on November 18, 2017, the Greater Nashville Apartment Association’s annual Awards and Installation Banquet honored Lincoln with several awards over the course of the evening. Awards included:

Lincoln Property Company has shown tremendous support and dedication to the Greater Nashville Apartment Association in 2017, sponsoring and attending GNAA’s plentiful educational opportunities, serving on the board of directors and volunteering for community service events. With several LPC employees already on the board, additional employees were installed as new board members for 2018, including Business Manager, Katherine Morrow and Service Manager, Dale Smith. Tammy Lee, Lincoln’s Regional Property Manager in the Greater Nashville area, has served as a past President of the GNAA.
