“As cyber-attacks continue to rise across the healthcare industry, coming together for such a timely event to share best practices and better understand these threats are crucial to an organization’s ability to strengthen and secure their data exchange platforms,” said Lee Barrett, executive director of EHNAC. “More than ever, accountable care organizations and other healthcare stakeholders need to be informed of ways they can mitigate risks of a cyber-attack or breach by addressing the security, privacy and confidentiality needed when exchanging patient data.”
American Journal of Managed Care’s ACO & Emerging Healthcare Delivery Coalition enables participants to collaborate and share best practices regarding the current and evolving healthcare delivery models to build proactive strategies and solutions. The May event will offer unique perspectives from industry leaders as well as real world examples that address the vast array of issues relating to emerging delivery models.
