MAPLE GROVE, Minn., Dec. 20, 2017 -- TopLine Federal Credit Union welcomes Desmond Foy to our team as Branch Manager for TopLine’s Plymouth location at Rockford Road Plaza 4190 Vinewood Lane. Desmond joins TopLine from Royal Credit Union where he most recently managed the St. Paul and Coon Rapids branches. Previously he worked at Associated Bank in Rochester, Minnesota.

Foy brings more than five years of financial services experience to TopLine, holding various banking positions in lending, sales coaching, and branch management. Active in the community, Foy is a member of the Minnesota Credit Union Network’s Crew Advisory Board, is an advocacy group committee member for the Alzheimer’s Association Minnesota – North Dakota chapter, and will be serving on their Klobuchar Congressional Team in 2018, a graduate of St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce’s leadership program and volunteers at Keystone Community Services.
