DALLAS, Dec. 19, 2017 -- Capital Southwest Corporation (“Capital Southwest”) (Nasdaq:CSWC), a middle-market lending firm focused on supporting the acquisition and growth of middle market businesses, announced today that it has completed an investment in Clickbooth.com, LLC (“Clickbooth”), a portfolio company of Centre Lane Partners (“Centre Lane”). The investment is a first lien term loan and revolving credit facility utilized to support the company’s growth initiatives. Capital Southwest serves as the sole administrative agent on the credit facility. Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE:MAIN) was a co-investor in the term loan.
