Delphine Gibassier est professeur associé en comptabilité du développement durable et compte 18 années d’expérience en comptabilité et information non financières. Elle a travaillé avec le Pacte mondial (Global Compact), l'IIRC, le WBCSD, le groupe R.3.0, le Natural Capital Coalition et le CDSB, ainsi qu'avec le gouvernement français sur la comptabilisation du carbone et les rapports intégrés. En pratique, elle a développé la comptabilité carbone, la comptabilité des ODDs, la comptabilité multi-capitaux et le reporting intégré pour des grandes entreprises et des PMEs. Avant de rejoindre le monde universitaire, elle a travaillé en tant que contrôleur de gestion chez GE Healthcare, Danone et Syngenta, à Paris, aux États-Unis et en Asie.
