Marta Leardi-Anderson has a career spanning over 20 years focused on transportation initiatives and infrastructure projects impacting local and national economies. She has provided strategic policy and operational advice to the most senior levels of public and private sector organizations. In her role as Executive Director of the Cross-Border Institute (CBI) she provides expert policy work in the movement of goods, people, services and funds across international borders with a focus on the Canada-US border. Most recently she was on leave from her role as Executive Director of the CBI and served as Senior Vice President for P3 Procurement and Policy for the Gordie Howe International Bridge Project, a multi-billion dollar infrastructure project between Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan.
Ms Leardi-Anderson is an invited speaker to business and government groups sharing her analysis and experience related to the process of addressing difficult and complex issues and decision-making.
