Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in Biophysics, University of Oxford
My research interests tend to fluctuate wildly, but have equilibrated to some region around (bio)mechanics.
You can usually find me in the Oxford Department of Physics as part of Richard Berry's Molecular Motors Group or at the Rockefeller Center for Theoretical Studies.
I am fortunate to be supported by the James S. McDonnell Foundation (at Rockefeller), and hosted as a Fellow of All Souls College, University of Oxford.
In 2017, I received my PhD under George Oster from the Biophysics Graduate Group at the University of California, Berkeley. My dissertation won the 2018 Award for Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Research in Biological Physics from the American Physical Society. Before that, I received my bachelors in mathematics and biology from New York University.
