Lecturer: Digital Technologies in Education, Monash University
Dr Michael Phillips is a lecturer in digital technologies in the Faculty of Education at Monash University where his teaching and research focuses on the ways in which people negotiate the use of digital technologies in educational settings. Michael is also a State Committee member and journal editor for Digital Learning and Teaching Victoria (DLTV) and Associate Leader of the Learning with New Media Research Group (LNMRG).
Prior to his current role Michael was a secondary school teacher and leader for more than 10 years.
