Khatera Sahibzada, Ph.D., is an industrial/organizational psychologist specializing in leadership development, talent assessment, and performance management. Over the course of her career, she has consulted with employees at all levels of the organization and has partnered with clients in the European Union, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, and China.
In addition to her consulting practice, she serves as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Southern California (USC), where she teaches graduate courses in Group Dynamics and Leadership and Employee Selection and Assessment.
