Dianne McGrath is the director of the sustainability and business consultancy Food for Thought Consulting Australia, and is completing a PhD at RMIT University on food waste. Dianne chaired the Australian Government’s Retail and Food Service Advisory Group, providing input into Australia’s National Food Waste Strategy. She is a board director with the not-for-profit organisation, the Open Food Network.
