Dr Hannula is a Senior Scientist and Principal Investigator at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd. He has fifteen years' of experience in the modelling and development of advanced energy conversion systems. His specific technology interests include synthetic fuels, negative emissions technologies, and system integration of variable renewables.
Dr. Hannula is an alumnus of the Energy Systems Analysis Group of Princeton University, and Energy Policy Research Group of the University of Cambridge where he currently holds the position of an Associate Researcher.
