WeedTV.com, a Division of Player’s Network, Inc., Announced a Co-Production Partnership with LOOKtv Network

LAS VEGAS, Dec. 27, 2017 -- Player’s Network, Inc. (OTCQB:PNTV), a diversified holding company operating in marijuana and media, today announced a production partnership with the expansion of additional original content in the cannabis lifestyle.

The company has joined with LOOKtv Network (a part of QOL Media, Inc., holdings) and entered into its first major co-production deal, which includes 5 original series: “Zach of All Trades,” “The Blossoming World of Dr. Robb,” “Bhang Bhang,” “High Society Supper Club” and a second season of WeedTV’s creative short-form series, “This One Time.”

Filming begins with a live concert in Denver, Colorado on New Year's Eve and continues through the end of January in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Kara Williamson, a WeedTV Executive Producer, who also serves as Chief Content and Distribution Officer of LOOKtv Network is producing this slate of programming. Ms. Williamson stated, “The need to drive content has created an event-based filming production strategy that maximizes affordable, impactful, entertaining and informative content in a short amount of time.”

“WeedTV intends on leading the cannabis sector – in both the consumer and business categories – with original, high quality content which is currently not available in the industry,” stated Mark Bradley, CEO of PNTV and WeedTV. Bradley continued, “These new shows will be in production as WeedTV simultaneously begins to release the series of programs previously shot during its 'WeedHouse' production event together will provide well rounded programming options for all demographics."

Andy Orgel is a Co-Founding Startup executive of MTV, A&E, Nickelodeon, The Movie Channel and QOL Media, and most recently was brought in by Bradley to head up the launch of WeedTV.  Orgel added, “Together we can more efficiently produce content in the cannabis sector and share in the distribution of that content to multiple demographic audiences.” Orgel continues, “LOOKtv brings with it its streaming platform to include but not limited to Roku, AppleTV, Amazon Fire, IOS and Android.
