(NASDAQ:URGN), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing advanced non-surgical treatments to address unmet needs in the field of urology with a focus on uro-oncology, announced today the closing of its initial public offering on May 9, 2017 of an aggregate of 5,144,378 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $13.00 per share, including the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase an additional 671,005 shares, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $66.9 million.
