Additionally, the Company announced today the filing of its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2016 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on November 14, 2017. As disclosed in the Form 20-F, the Company restated its 2015 financial statements to reflect an impairment charge on its investment in UTStarcom Hong Kong Holding, Ltd., an entity spun off by the Company in August 2012 that primarily operated an independent IPTV business in China.
