Developers behind President Donald Trump's presidential library have unveiled an ambitious concept for a soaring Miami skyscraper designed to house multiple aircraft and iconic White House replicas. The AI-generated promotional video, shared by Trump on social media, showcases a gleaming tower featuring a gold entryway, an illuminated American flag, and the "TRUMP" name prominently displayed near the top.
Speaking to reporters, Trump confirmed the facility would "most likely" include a hotel and a Boeing 747 — an Air Force One replica — displayed inside the lobby. He also noted that construction is expected to begin after he leaves office. The White House confirmed that donations for the project are already being accepted.
Eric Trump described the planned Miami waterfront landmark as "a lasting testament to an amazing man, an amazing developer, and the greatest President our Nation has ever known." The video concept features multiple levels showcasing a fighter jet, a helicopter, and a larger-than-life golden statue of Trump in a defiant pose.
The library announcement comes alongside Trump's broader vision to reshape Washington's architectural landscape, which includes a proposed $400 million White House ballroom, a 250-foot triumphal arch, and a redesigned Kennedy Center.
Reuters confirmed the video was created using Google's AI models, detected through Google's SynthID watermarking tool. This revelation highlights the growing influence of AI-generated content in U.S. politics, with deepfake videos becoming increasingly common in political campaigns — particularly among Republicans.
Presidential libraries traditionally serve as federally administered repositories for a president's historical documents and records, often featuring museum exhibitions. Trump's proposed Miami library would dramatically expand on that concept, blending political legacy with signature luxury branding.
No official architectural plans have been released yet, but the AI-generated preview signals an unmistakably bold vision ahead.
