SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 07, 2017 -- Qualia today announced that its award winning real estate closing platform is now available in all 50 states. Qualia becomes the first new national closing software provider in almost 15 years and is now the only national provider developed after TRID was enacted.
For over two years Qualia's compliance specialists and product engineers have worked tirelessly to bring the ease of closing with Qualia to the entire country. After diligently investigating regional nuances, building localized tools, and creating extensive document libraries, Qualia has achieved this mission, now supporting closings end-to-end in all 50 states and Washington D.C.
“We are all extremely proud of the Compliance Team here at Qualia,” said Nate Baker, Qualia’s CEO. “The team has worked countless late nights and weekends for over two years to get us to where we are today.”
As reported earlier this year by The Title Report, many older on-premises software providers struggle to keep their filing documents and workflows up to date and often require a disruption to their services along with costly updates when changes are needed.
“We observed early on that the challenge in putting together a comprehensive national library as vast as our users deserved was more than just documenting the rules for each state,” Baker added. “It was also about developing a system of maintenance of those rules and formatting all the documents exactly right so they are accepted by each state. It’s not uncommon to see someone on the team actually take out a ruler to ensure that even the lines and margins on all our digitized documents match the state’s requirements perfectly.”
Charlotte Brown, who leads the Compliance Team, made it clear that their work is not over though. Qualia will continue to update their system as rules and regulations change; and since the platform is web-based, Qualia can update the documents and regulatory tools without any disruption in service or additional cost.
The flexibility built into Qualia’s technology, along with the expertise of the highly trained Compliance Team, help put the Qualia platform in a rare position to be the most up-to-date software available to settlement agents and real estate professionals nationwide.
Along with its latest service expansion to all 50 states, Qualia recently released a mobile app for its users and expanded its platform services to lenders, real estate agents, buyers and sellers. With these updates, Qualia serves as a critical part of the real estate closing process, connecting thousands of real estate professionals and home buyers and sellers in real-time across the country.
