FORT COLLINS, Colo., April 06, 2017 -- MariJ Pharmaceuticals, Inc.,(“MariJ”) and Canna-Cures Research & Development Center (“Canna-Cures”) wholly owned subsidiary of Acacia Diversified Holdings, Inc. (“Acacia” or the “Company”) (OTCQB:ACCA), an emerging cannabis company focused on the development of new and proprietary medicinal products for patients, USDA certified organic mobile processing and handling solutions for its customers, and technology solutions for the expanding physician market, is pleased to announce it has successfully completed phase one of its USDA certified organic processing for Blue Circle Development and organic farm near Ft. Collins, Colorado. “MariJ Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is manufacturing what is believed to be the first USDA certified organic hemp oil made in America,” said Richard K. Pertile, the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “We are very excited for our client and their customers who can now purchase USDA certified organic hemp CBD oils, completely solvent free.”
The Company was a sponsor at the recent NOCO Hemp Conference, one of the largest gatherings of hemp companies in the world. Now in its fourth year, the expo featured more than 130 exhibitors and more than 60 industry speakers. The expo held an industry-only day on March 31 and opened to the public at the Ranch in Loveland the follow day. Among the many things discussed were new extraction contracts, private labeling, and product development for future customers. The Company premiered its newest product line, Dahlia’s Botanicals. “We are very excited to say that at NOCO, and amongst our peers, WESTWORD, chose our Dahlia’s Botanicals product line as #2 in the ten hemp businesses they couldn’t wait to write home about. We are very happy with that and we will continue to strive to bring top quality products into the market,” said Richard K. Pertile, the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
2. Dahlia's Botanicals
“Why not tell your mom about a company run by another mom? Dahlia's Botanicals was founded by Moriah Barnhart, whose daughter Dahlia was diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of two. Like many hemp and CBD companies, Dahlia's Botanicals sells endocannabinoid nutraceuticals, but a portion of the proceeds go toward CannaMoms, an organization Barnhart founded that supports other moms advocating for the right to use cannabis to care for their critically ill children. Moriah Barnhart, CEO of CannaMoms, is debuting her new product line Dahlia Botanicals endocannabinoid nutraceuticals and speaking to a large crowd, as a guest speaker at the event”.
“MariJ” is the exclusive organic extraction company and “Canna-Cures” is the exclusive manufacturer for the Dahlia’s Botanicals line.
