TEMECULA, Calif., March 28, 2017 -- International Endeavors Corporation (OTCBB:IDVV) today issued the following company update on its property located at 23446 HWY 79, Warner Springs, CA 92086.
International Endeavors Corporation announced today that it has begun negotiations with a new tenant to take over operations of the restaurant located on the property as well as taking bids on further development.
The property consists of roughly six acres of land, approximately three acres are commercial and three acres are zoned agriculture. The company intends to work with a new tenant to redevelop the commercial section, revamping the already existing restaurant “County Line Wood Fire Grill” and adding various retail structures that would be used to sell the company’s up and coming wine products in the Temecula Wine Country Region.
