DENVER, Feb. 13, 2018 -- Guaranty Bancorp (Nasdaq:GBNK), a community bank holding company based in Colorado, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1625 per common share. For five consecutive years the company has increased the dividend since it began paying dividends in May 2013. The dividend is payable on March 2, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 23, 2018.
