The engagement is a three-year SaaS subscription that includes development of a strategic marketing and eCommerce website for promoting the brands’ comprehensive surveying software and data management solutions. Their proprietary software is one of the most widely used environmental surveying solutions globally – with over 10,000 licenses world-wide. Bridgeline Digital is committed to increase lead generation and improve the customer experience of their software downloads and renewals. In addition, the solution will enhance their customer service and support initiatives to effectively manage their renewal process.
