Foxconn, the world’s largest electronics manufacturer and a major supplier of AI servers for Nvidia, says geopolitical tensions involving the United States, Israel, and Iran are having only a limited impact on its operations. Chairman Young Liu made the remarks on Friday while speaking with reporters at the company’s headquarters in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
According to Liu, the ongoing conflict in the Middle East has not significantly disrupted Foxconn’s global supply chain or production outlook. While geopolitical risks remain a concern for multinational technology companies, Foxconn currently expects minimal operational impact from the situation. The company continues to monitor global developments but remains confident in its manufacturing and logistics network.
Foxconn, formally known as Hon Hai Precision Industry, plays a critical role in the global technology supply chain. The company is a key manufacturing partner for several major tech firms and is increasingly important in the fast-growing artificial intelligence hardware market. In particular, Foxconn produces AI servers that support Nvidia’s powerful data center GPUs, which are widely used for machine learning, cloud computing, and generative AI workloads.
Liu also shared an optimistic outlook for the company’s future, stating that Foxconn expects 2026 to be a very strong year for growth. Rising global demand for AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, and data center equipment is expected to drive significant business opportunities. As technology companies continue investing heavily in artificial intelligence, Foxconn is positioning itself as a crucial manufacturer in the AI supply chain.
The growing adoption of AI technologies across industries has fueled demand for advanced server hardware, benefiting suppliers like Foxconn that specialize in large-scale electronics manufacturing. The company has been expanding its capabilities to support next-generation computing systems and meet the needs of major chipmakers and cloud providers.
Despite global uncertainties, Foxconn’s leadership believes the long-term outlook for AI servers and advanced electronics manufacturing remains highly positive. With its strong partnerships, manufacturing scale, and role in Nvidia’s AI ecosystem, the company expects continued momentum as demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure accelerates worldwide.
