MONTERREY, Mexico, Nov. 13, 2017 -- Deutsche Bank Mexico, S.A., Banking institution, Trust Division F/1616 or Fibra Inn (BMV:FINN13) (ADR OTC:DFBRY) (“Fibra Inn” or “the Company”), an internally managed Mexican real estate investment trust specialized in the hotel industry serving the business traveler, today announced its operating results for its hotel indicators for the month of October 2017.

The 4.4% increase in Revenue per Available Room was due to the net effect of the 2.0% average daily rate increase and the 1.5 percentage-point increase in occupancy.

The same-store sales calculation considers all of the hotels which have been in Fibra Inn’s portfolio for at least half of the period. In this case, it is important to consider that the Casa Grande Ciudad Juárez hotel remains closed since September due to its expansion and conversion to the Holiday Inn brand.
Fibra Inn has a portfolio of 43 total properties, with 6,959 rooms; out of which 6,748 are in operation, 145 are under a rebranding process and 66 are in the expansion process. Furthermore, Fibra Inn has a minority interest in three properties, currently being externally developed under the Strategic Hotel Acquisition Pipeline model, representing 633 rooms.
