‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ chapter 191: A mysterious red blade technique appears

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba / Facebook

“Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 191 is expected to continue the fight against Muzan. However, it seems that the Pillars are hiding an ace up their sleeves the entire time.

Previous “Demon Slayer” spoilers were partially correct. While Iguro was preparing to execute the red blade technique to slow down Muzan’s regenerative ability, something came up that prevented him from executing the attack.

It was actually Iguro’s fault. He was so concentrated on turning the blade of his sword red that he put too much strength into his grip. As a result, he almost fainted in the middle of the battle due to a lack of oxygen.

But just Iguro thought that Muzan got him, a totally unexpected thing happen that surprised even Muzan. An attack hit the demon seemingly out of nowhere, severing one of his arms.

As another attack hit his other arm, Muzan discovered that the attack was not made by one of the Pillars that he is fighting against. He finally figured out that the attacker used a concealment technique to mask his presence.

In fact, there was not one but three attackers. Muzan was finally able to detect their presence and attacked the talismans that rendered them invisible. It was finally revealed to be other Pillars whom their teammates thought had already perished.

It looks like the Pillars are going to try a new attack technique in “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” Chapter 191. It appears that there is a technique that changes the color of the blades of some Pillars essentially turning them into a red blade.

The surprising thing was that the technique does not seem to depend on the person wielding the weapon. This is shown in the case of Tomioka who was surprised that his blade suddenly turning bright red.

“Demon Slayer” Chapter 191 is likely to see more of this mysterious red blade technique employed once more. The upcoming installment will likely give some explanation as to how this came to be.

As previously speculated on, Nezuko and Tanjiro might already be reintroduced into the storyline in “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” Chapter 191. Hopefully, fans will finally get the answer on whether Tanjiro finally learned Yoriichi’s 13th form.
