‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ chapter 190: Nezuko and Tanjiro might defeat Muzan but will pay a steep price

After a long wait, the “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 190 release date will finally arrive in a couple of days. Naturally, all the time spent waiting has spawned a lot of theories and speculations on what the upcoming manga installment could bring.

It’s already a given that Obanai would attempt to kill Muzan in “Demon Slayer” chapter 190 by using the red blade technique. However, not many are convinced that he will be able to completely pull it off as Muzan is just too strong. The best he could probably do is inflict some damage to the demon or impede his regenerative ability to a certain degree.

But some speculations are actually about Tanjiro’s sister Nezuko. In fact, there were a few “Demon Slayer” theories saying that Nezuko could be the key to defeating Muzan.

Indeed, Nezuko is one of the most powerful demons around yet a strange one at that. She is stronger than most demons in the series yet she doesn’t use blood but sleep to recuperate, as noted by CBR.

She also possesses incredible healing abilities – she can use her blood to heal the wounds of other. There are even suggestions that it is Nezuko who would heal Tanjiro and this might already happen in “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 190.

Having Nezuko on the battlefield might be a big boost to the fighting ability of the Pillars as well. With her as support, they could continue fighting as their injuries could be healed as needed.

Nezuko’s Demon Art can even be used to enhance a sword. She can enhance the strength of a Nichirin blade. Her blood art combined with Tanjiro’s sword skills could cause problems for Muzan in “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 190.

But there some theories propose that while Tanjiro and Nezuko working together will eventually defeat Muzan, their victory might come at a steep price. “I believe Nezuko could die protecting Tanjirou in the final battle between Muzan,” Reddit user kyoujurou posted on the site.

Whether Nezuko’s sacrifice will eventually happen or not, it won’t likely be covered in the upcoming “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 190. The upcoming manga installment will likely give a narrative of what she was up to the entire time she went missing.
