He won 9 races and almost $9,000,000 including the Breeders’ Cup Classic, Kentucky Derby, Preakness, Belmont, Haskell Invitational, Arkansas Derby, Del Mar Futurity and FrontRunner.
So far in 2017, mares in foal to (pregnant to) American Pharoah sold for an average of $477,000 compared to $440,000 in 2016.
