SAN RAMON, Calif., Jan. 08, 2018 -- Armanino LLP, one of the top 25 largest accounting and business consulting firms in the U.S., today announced the promotion of 11 new firm partners effective January 1, 2018. This is the largest partner class to date and includes professionals in tax, audit, consulting and business management. Many of the new partners have served in a leadership capacity on the firm’s Management Advisory Board (MAB) or Women’s Advancement Network (WAN), and six of the new partners participated in the firm’s Partner Track program. With women making up 36% of internal partner promotions this year, Armanino is achieving WAN’s goal of elevating more women to leadership positions.
“We are excited to welcome this group as the largest partner class in firm history,” said Andy Armanino, managing partner of Armanino LLP. “This group represents the best of the public accounting profession and is a testament to the exceptional internal leadership programs that equip leaders to push the firm forward.”
The MAB includes manager- to director-level employees who work on initiatives to meet the firm’s strategic goals and offers individuals an opportunity to engage in leadership activities to work on the business outside of their day-to-day technical expertise. The WAN was founded to encourage career development for female employees at all levels, with the goal to grow the number of partner-track female candidates. The Partner Track program allows a group of selected partner candidates to utilize multiple resources to help them demonstrate the firm’s values, individually and as a group, and showcase their overall contributions to the firm.
