Lisa Barritt-Eyles is a sessional academic in the discipline of politics at the University of Newcastle. Her research is concerned with the politics of representation, identity and culture in US and Australian politics and foreign policy practices. Recent research has explored the relationship between Australian national identity and the representation of war experience and remembrance.
Lisa has worked as a journalist and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the Australian National University, and a Masters of Arts (Journalism) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
