Dr. Paresha Sinha is an Associate Professor in the School of Management and Marketing, Waikato Management School, University of Waikato, New Zealand. She obtained her Ph.D. in Management from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She teaches International Management and Innovation and Value creation, as well as supervises a number of doctoral students who are researching these issues in emerging markets.
Dr. Sinha researches at the intersection of International Business, Strategy, and International Entrepreneurship domains. Her work has been published in leading journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of World Business, Business, Strategy and the Environment, Human Relations, Organization Studies, Journal of Business Ethics, and Journal of Business Research. She has co-edited three books including Indian Management: Perspectives & Models. Bloomsbury Publishing Plc -2018); Research Handbook on Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies: A Contextualized Approach Edward Elgar Publishing-2020) and IHRM and development in Emerging Market Multinationals, Routledge-2022). Dr. Sinha is the Senior Editor of the International Journal of Emerging Markets (2016-), Associate Editor of Corporate Governance (2019-), and serves on the Editorial review board of the Journal of Business Research (2018-) and the Journal of World Business (2019-)
