Shakiba has extensive experience in equality, diversity and inclusivity initiatives, with a specific focus on refugee communities, displaced populations and policy recommendations. Shakiba also works as a cybercrime researcher, and is the co-owner of Move Training Centre, a private training facility in Southampton, UK.
