Kathleen is an assistant professor with Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics. She holds an HBC and a MA and PhD in Economics from University of Guelph. Additionally, she has a MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. Prior to Academia, she has 15 years of Business and Industry experience holding senior management positions at a Tier I organization in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management and Finance.
Her research efforts are focused on decision theory, business ethics and sustainable business models. Each year she organizes and hosts the "Great Ethical Dilemma" case competition for 900 business students- who are required to solve urgent workplace ethical dilemmas to an Executive Board of Directors in record time.
