I am a geographer with a strong background in the study of social-environmental interactions for global sustainability. My research focuses on land use, physical processes (e.g., flooding), and the social and environmental impacts and outcomes of the Anthropocene. I use existing statistical databases and model outputs from Europe and around the world to analyse and visualise large complicated datasets in simple ways so that policy-makers and the public can benefit from the wealth of information that is often hidden away.
