Greg is the Professor of Strength and Conditioning and the Course Coordinator for Strength and Conditioning within the School of Exercise and Health Sciences. He is the past president of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a founding fellow of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In 2014, the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association recognised him as the Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year for Education and Research. Additionally, in 2011, the National Strength and Conditioning Association recognised him as the William J. Kraemer Outstanding Sport Scientist of the year for his applied sport science research.
