Senior Research Fellow, Welsh Economy Research Unit, Cardiff University
My research interests span innovation, ICT and public policy. I am particularly interested in the spatial dynamics of policy development and outcomes at the regional level. My research is currently examining the economic benefits associated with business adoption and exploitation of broadband, and the policy implementation process. As a Senior Research Fellow at Cardiff Business School my research is contributing to the Welsh Government programme of support for superfast broadband.
