I am a Senior Lecturer in Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain Management at the School of Engineering, University of Portsmouth.
My research interests include reverse supply chains, circular economy, remanufacturing and automation.
I have over 35 peer-reviewed publications and was awarded 8 research grants worth a total of approx. £225k, including: a PhD grant from the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology; an Alain Bensoussan Fellowship from the European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics (ERCIM); a Fellowship for Prospective Researchers and a Fellowship for Advanced Researchers by the Swiss National Science Foundation, and a small grant from the UK Sustainable Society Network+.
