“Kaguya-sama: Love Is War” season 2 was one of the most anticipated anime shows this spring. Its return did not initially have all the best news, though, after it was reported that international fans have very limited ways to watch it on official streaming platforms.
‘Kaguya-sama: Love Is War’ season 2: Where to watch
Luckily, that has changed after two weeks since the “Kaguya-sama: Love Is War” season 2 premiere. Fans are now reporting seeing other streaming platforms confirm the release of new episodes, however, later than usual.
Shortly before “Kaguya-sama: Love Is War” season 2 began on Saturday, April 11, it was announced that Funimation will exclusively stream the show outside Japan. That meant many fans around the world would not have official access to the new episodes, thus, increasing the chance for a higher number of illegal streams and piracy to take place.
However, things started to look better after the first episode aired. Fans from Southeast Asian regions confirmed seeing Netflix will release new episodes of “Kaguya-sama: Love Is War” season 2 starting on April 28.
It is yet to be seen whether these means all episodes that have aired in Japan will be placed on Netflix all at once on the said date and future episodes would be released on the platform every week. It is also possible that “Kaguya-sama: Love Is War” season 2 episodes will be released a few weeks later on Netflix – that is still better than nothing.

Meanwhile, Wakanim will make the new episodes available to fans in Europe as well. Unlike Netflix, the streaming of the show on Wakanim is practically a simulcast and episode 2 has already been released in this platform.
‘Kaguya-sama: Love Is War’ season 2 spoilers
The show has yet to delve into the biggest arc in “Kaguya-sama: Love Is War” season 2 – the introduction of Miko Iino leading to the reelection campaign of Miyuki. So far, the first episode served its purpose of welcoming fans back. Episode 2 focused on Kaguya’s covert attempts to celebrate Miyuki’s birthday even when he claimed he does not want to hold birthday parties for himself.
