Coincidentally, the Adidas Harden Vol. 6 in a “Pulse Aqua” colorway is ready to drop this Friday, February 18th on adidas.com after James Harden was shipped off to Philadelphia 76ers for Ben Simmons and other key pieces in Seth Curry and Andre Drummond.
It serves well that the “Pulse Aqua” colorway has no allegiance to any team with Harden, a former MVP, being in consecutive trades.
Harden was already the centerpiece of another blockbuster trade when he joined Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving in the Brooklyn Nets roster to form one of the greatest trios in NBA history.
The trade that sent Harden to the Nets shifted an immense amount of power to the Northeast and placed the rest of the league on notice of this newly assembled super-team.
Sadly, their full potential was not realized with Harden opting out of the final year of his contract, giving him UFA status at the end of this season.
