BTS V recently posed for WSJ Magazine, the American luxury magazine, and became the first BTS member to appear solo on the cover of a foreign publication. And this is not all, he is also the first in his team to sell 10,000 copies even if it was his solo cover.
V’s amazing power to sell
But then again, this is not surprising anymore because the 25-year-old idol singer is known to have massive brand power that he is able to sell anything with his name or face. He can even sell whatever he is wearing or using even if he is not really endorsing the product.
Based on the tweet in one of BTS V’s fan groups, the Wall Street Journal Magazine where he appeared on the cover already sold more than 10,000 copies. What is amazing is the fact that this figure was achieved in merely three days. Jungkook was second on the list with more than 8,000 copies sold.
In any case, this is not really something new because BTS V is known for his explosive selling power. He even earned the nickname “Sold Out Fairy” and “Midas Touch V” since he can sell anything and everything.
BTS V and the rest of the Bangtan Boys recently participated in a photoshoot for the cover of Variety, an American entertainment media outlet. Big Hit Entertainment shared the photos on social media and the fans are losing it over the 25-year-old’s good looks.
The photos that make fans swoon over V
Early this month, Big Hit Entertainment also started dropping the individual photos of the BTS members for their upcoming new album called “BE.” BTS V’s photos were the first to be released and it was already a given that fans went wild and the singer’s name trended on social media.
In October, the agency shared the snaps that were titled “VCut” and in just a few days, it got more than two million likes and was retweeted a million times. Fans could not help but comment on how “beautiful” BTS V is and how perfect his features are.
These instances only proved that BTS V is worthy of being called the “National Treasure of South Korea.” Both men and women agree that the singer is indeed good-looking whose look always topped the surveys for the most handsome celebrities.
