EXO’s Chanyeol is in hot water after an anonymous woman posted a lengthy letter addressed to him online. The woman claimed that she has been in a relationship with the 27-year-old Kpop star for three years and suggested that they just recently broke up.
The woman posted shocking revelations that shook the EXO-L’s and Chanyeol’s own fandoms. Photos were also posted to provide proof of her claims and said that she also has recorded conversations that can prove her cheating allegations against the EXO member.
The woman’s surprising claims
Koreaboo posted the letter and its translation on its page, and it can be seen in the letter that it was signed by OP. She said she is Chanyeol’s ex-girlfriend now, and they have been dating since 2017. However, they broke up not long ago after learning that in the span of their 3-year relationship, he has been cheating on her with 10 other women.
Her explosive claims did not mention names, but she said the EXO member has been playing with, eating with, and even sleeping with a range of women from various fields, including girl group members, dancers, Youtubers, broadcast DJs, flight attendants, and more.
Her letter also began by explaining why she decided to make her bitter experience public. She also described her post as Chanyeol’s “karma.” OP said that she is writing the letter for the first time in her life because she was hurt by the singer.
She went on to say, “You’ll probably be shocked since you think we broke up amicably but for me, the past 3 years have become dirtied and ugly after being fooled by you. Chany***, this is your karma and it’s something that you started.”
OP further accused Chanyeol of never protecting her that even when someone was expressing interest in her, he doesn’t do anything about it. This was one of the instances when she realized, he is not proud of their relationship or her.
SM responds to Chanyeol’s cheating allegations
Meanwhile, SM Entertainment issued a brief response to the allegations hurled on EXO’s Chanyeol. While the post was controversial, Soompi reported that the agency only has this to say, “We have no official statement regarding the post.”
