Kira Clarke is a Lecturer in Education Policy at the Centre for Vocational and Educational Policy at the University of Melbourne. Since joining the university in early 2004, she has developed a body of policy research focussed on issues of equity and access in youth transitions, Vocational Education and Training (VET) and post-compulsory education.
