Kathleen Riach is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Monash University. Her resarch focuses on age discrimination and inequality and the experience of growing up and older in organizations. Kat's research has appeared across a range of international journals in business and sociology as well as featuring in arenas such as the United Nations and the BBC, and magazines including Grazia and Mens Health. She is currently undertaking research into older women's career trajectories and a multidisciplinary project exploring menopause at work.
