I am a Full Professor in the Faculty of Law at McGill University, where I have taught and researched since 1993. A graduate of the University of Toronto (B.Sc. 1986, LL.B. 1989) and Columbia University (LL.M. 1992, J.S.D. 2000), I clerked for The Right Honourable Brian Dickson, Chief Justice of Canada, in 1989-1990. Areas of research and teaching include Children and Law, Civil Liability, Religion and Law, and Legal Education.
