I am a PhD candidate with Queensland University of Technology investigating the role personality (particularly extraversion-introversion) plays on the relationship between leadership and forecasts of future emotions, and the associated psychological consequences of the leadership experience. Prior to this, I have had 15 years in commercial analyst and middle/senior management positions across a range of industries in Australia and New Zealand.
