Abdel-Maoula Chaar is a professor and a research consultant at the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA). He is in charge of research and development and manages the Research, Studies and Documentation Center of the school. He teaches doctoral and master level courses in methodology as well as master level courses in Islamic finance, organization theories and strategic management. His research interests include Islamic finance, SME’s alternative mode of financing and social entrepreneurship.
