I am a biostatistician with >20 years of experience in medical and health science research. My areas of expertise and interest include clinical trials, systematic review and meta-analysis (with a particular interest in reporting bias), and drug safety. I have some content knowledge of stuttering and acute respiratory infections. Currently I am a chief investigator on two NHMRC funded clinical trials of non-drug interventions in hospitalised children and a co-investigator on a grant from Laura and John Arnold Foundation to create a Support Center to enable the complete and accurate dissemination of unpublished or misreported clinical trials. I am deputy cooridinating editor for the Cochrane Acute Respiratory Infections group.
