Elodie Chevallier est chercheuse associée au Centre de Recherche sur le Travail et le Développement (INETOP, CNAM) et consultante indépendante.

Les différentes responsabilités en Ressources Humaines qu'elle a occupées durant ses 10 premières années de carrière (conseil en réorientation, gestion de carrière, formation) l'ont amenée à s'interroger sur la question du sens au travail. Elle a réalisé son doctorat sur le sujet et elle élargit aujourd'hui ses activités de recherche aux organisations de travail innovantes.

Sa première recherche portant sur les ruptures intentionnelles de carrière effectuées par les cadres en perte de sens au travail a mis en évidence les principaux motifs de perte de sens ainsi que les différentes étapes du processus associé.

Sa seconde recherche portant sur les facteurs facilitant la mise en place de modes de travail collaboratifs lors d'une transformation digitale a souligné les freins et les facilitateurs ainsi que le processus de mise en œuvre d'une culture de la collaboration et de la coopération.

Ses recherches actuelles portent sur l'impact des organisations de travail innovantes sur le sens au travail des salariés.

Chercheuse-consultante, elle met son expertise à disposition des organisations par des interventions en recherche-action, du conseil et de la formation pour résoudre les problématiques :
- de perte de sens au travail (individuelle et collective)
- d'adhésion aux nouvelles formes de travail (digitalisation, autonomie, collaboration, coopération, espaces de travail flexibles…)
- de gestion des transitions professionnelles (reconversions, ruptures de carrière)
